HBO uses Sweetest Goods Font for their Show “Perry Mason”

Set in 1932 Los Angeles, the new series “Perry Mason” by HBO pays homage to the Golden Age of Hollywood. And while we’ve only watched the first two episodes until now, we are honored that they chose to use our font Sauvage for the shows title screen.

Sauvage perfectly embodies this time and place. With its formal and dangerously elegant appearance, Sauvage adds a dramatic effect to the large letters that say “Perry Mason”.

We love how HBO uses the art deco inspired font to set the tone for a show that features all the turbulences, drinks, cigarettes and tuxedos of a wildly lavish 30s LA.

When we first started creating fonts, we could only dream to catch a font of ours used in a piece of art one day.
